We've spent many, many hours around our roaster and tasting stations trying to get these blends right... Trying hundreds of variations of flavour combinations but we believe we've got it right. From the lighter, sweeter roast to appeal to the morning filter coffee drinker. The darker roast for the "more powerful, pick-me-up" kind of drinker. Through to our Coastal and Signature blends that just about work whichever way you want. And decaf drinkers don't fret. We spend just as much time trying to get our Hillside roast just right. Because it's decaf doesn't mean it can't taste great!
