Decaf shouldn't just be a "well, we have to offer it" coffee... There is just as much care, understanding and joy involoved in a good decaffeinated coffee. It's grown the same way as regular coffee, just decaffeinated during the processing phase. We spent many months trying to get it right and we're very happy with the results. Roasted on the darker side to bring out the rich chocolatey hints, these Colombian beans (from the Huila&  Tolima regions) are, we believe, some of the best decaf beans around!
