Ok, so we don't have any 'peaks' to speak of here in Dorset... But travelling far and wide around the British Isles we've seen some pretty impressive peaks. A whole district full of them in fact.
Peaks is a lighter roast to bring out the sweet, but slightly acidic, Costa Rican beans but with a rich, chocolatey nuttiness from the Brazilian beans, rounded out with some fruity, floral notes with the Ethiopian beans.
Origins - Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia
Tasting Notes - Pecan, Milk Chocolate, Raspberry Pie
Process - Mixed (Washed & Natural)
Recommended Use - Filter/Pour-Over, Aeropress
WHAT WE DO
We partner with companies like The Dorset Wildlife Trust, The Countryside Regeneration Trust, Play it Green, WWF to help build regeneration, rewilding, diversity, education and sustainability in every part of the world, but, prominently starting here in Dorset!
We grind all of our coffee to order and all of our coffee is roasted, ground & packaged using only green, renewable electricity.
Our Eco Coffee branded bags are 100% home recyclable and made in the U.K.
